  1. You can email us! Simply type support@civitasseniorliving.freshdesk.com and attach screenshots or files you need assistance with. We can also be found in the Outlook Address Book!


  2. Go to our webpage: Civitas IT - Home (sharepoint.com) and click IT Support Request (**HINT** it's the big link with the Red key that says 'Help!')


  3. Go to Support : Civitas Senior Living (freshdesk.com) and selecting "New Support Ticket" (see below screen shot)
